This retreat is an invitation to step back from what you’ve been holding, and remember who you are underneath it.
Through guided inner work, somatic practices, and a supported plant medicine experience… you’ll create space to see yourself more clearly.
This retreat is designed for women who are capable, resilient, and deeply responsible… the ones who know how to hold everything together, but are ready to feel more clear, steady, and supported within themselves.
A place to step out of constant doing, to slow your pace, to listen inward without pressure or expectation. So you can return to your life with clarity, grounded energy, and a deeper sense of self-trust - moving forward with intention, not just momentum.

The deeper reason this matters
Because real resilience isn’t just endurance;
it’s staying steady, clear, and grounded when things aren’t.
Because preparedness isn’t only what you build around you;
it’s how you show up when it matters most.
Meet Your Facilitator
Jessica Larsen, Founder of Be On Purpose Journeys
Jess is the founder of Be On Purpose Journeys and a plant medicine retreat facilitator.
With a background in social work and leadership, she brings a grounded, trauma-informed approach to this work. As a certified somatic practitioner, Jess guides women into deeper awareness of their patterns, their nervous system, and the ways they’ve learned to hold it all together.
Her work with plant medicine is intentional and integration-focused… not about the experience alone, but about what it reveals and how it’s carried forward.
She does not position herself as someone who fixes or heals others…
but as someone who creates the conditions for your own truth to surface… and for the woman underneath it all to come forward.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This space is for women who:
-
Are steady, resourceful, and used to figuring things out when no one else can.
-
Carry responsibility well, but feel the quiet weight of always being the strong one.
-
Have built a life with their own hands, yet sense there’s something deeper calling them inward.
-
Know how to keep things running, but are ready to tend to themselves with the same care.
-
Are done performing strength, and ready to meet themselves with honesty.
-
Feel drawn to plant medicine in a way that is intentional, respectful, and well-supported.
-
Want to lead their life from instinct, wisdom, and truth - not just duty or expectation.
You are not here because you’re broken. You are here because something in you is ready to come into clearer view, like land that’s been worked on for years, now asking to be understood more deeply.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE
This weekend is about creating space between you… and everything you’ve been unconsciously attached to.
You’ll begin to notice:
-
Where you’ve tied your identity to roles, expectations, or outcomes
-
How those attachments shape your reactions, decisions, and sense of self
-
What it feels like in your body when you’re holding on… and when you’re not
-
The difference between being connected to your life and entangled in it
Through conversation, somatic work, movement, and a guided plant medicine experience… you’ll begin to loosen what’s been held tightly.
Not by force.
But by awareness.
And from that place… you start to respond differently… with more clarity, more choice, and more steadiness.
OBSERVER RANCH
Observer Ranch, a beautiful getaway in Penrose, Colorado offers something simple… and rare.
Space. Quiet. Distance from distraction.
Set on expansive land with wide-open views, simple A-frame accommodations, and a dedicated learning center, it’s a place designed for people who value awareness, preparedness, and intentional living.
There is a rhythm to the land… slower, more deliberate… that naturally invites you to settle, pay attention, and reconnect with yourself without constant input or noise.
This retreat is not separate from that environment. It’s shaped by it.

What Women Are Saying

The more clearly you can see yourself…
the more steadily you can move through anything.
This is where that begins.
