
Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains your options for cancelling services and requesting refunds from Be On Purpose LLC. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Monthly Subscription Plans (Levels 1, 2, and 3)
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
How to Cancel: Log in to your account at beonpurposejourneys.com and manage your subscription through your account portal, or email info@beonpurposejourneys.com.
Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be received by the 25th of the current month. Cancellations received on or after the 25th result in one final charge on the 1st of the following month.
Access After Cancellation: You retain access to all subscription benefits through the end of your current paid period.
No Refunds for Current Period: Monthly charges are non-refundable once processed. We do not offer prorated refunds.
2. One-Time Initial Integration Coaching Session ($99)
Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
Cancellation with Refund: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late Cancellation: No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the session.
No-Show: No refund. You may reschedule at 50% of the session rate.
This session is required before enrolling in any subscription plan. The fee is non-transferable to other services.
3. Retreats and Gatherings
Retreat-specific terms are outlined in the individual retreat registration agreement provided at the time of booking.

30+ Days Before Retreat: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee, or credit toward a future retreat

15-29 Days Before Retreat: 50% refund or full credit toward a future retreat.

Fewer than 15 Days Before: No refund. A future retreat credit may be offered at our discretion.

Be On Purpose LLC Cancellation: If we cancel for any reason, all participants receive a chance to talk through potential options for refunds, transfers, and more.
4. Integration Resources
All integration resources will be digitally sent. These resources are included in your subscription are non-refundable once accessed.
If you experience any issues accessing your resources, contact jess@beonpurposejourneys.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
5. How to Request a Refund

All requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Payment Disputes
If you have a billing question, please contact us at info@beonpurposejourneys.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of account access while the dispute is under review.
