Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using beonpurposejourneys.com or purchasing services from Be On Purpose LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing beonpurposejourneys.com, scheduling a session, or enrolling in a subscription plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Be On Purpose Journeys offers the following services:

Integration Coaching Sessions — One-time and ongoing coaching sessions supporting emotional processing, personal reflection, and integration of life experiences.
Monthly Integration Support Subscriptions (Levels 1, 2, and 3) — Monthly programs including integration toolkits, guided reflection resources, and varying levels of coaching access.
Monthly Integration Support Subscriptions (Levels 1, 2, and 3) — Monthly programs including digital resources, guided reflection content, and varying levels of virtual coaching access through group and individual calls.
Retreats and Gatherings — Intimate group retreat experiences focused on healing and personal reconnection.
Somatic Support (Coming Soon) — Body-based practices for nervous system regulation and emotional healing.

All services are coaching and educational in nature. They are not therapy, medical treatment, or clinical services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or participate in any of our services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 21.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Our services are coaching and educational in nature and are NOT a substitute for:

Licensed mental health therapy or counseling
Medical diagnosis or treatment
Crisis intervention or emergency services
Psychiatric care

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 immediately.

5. Psilocybin and Natural Medicine Disclaimer

Be On Purpose LLC and Jessica Larsen do not provide, sell, administer, facilitate access to, or supervise the use of psilocybin, psilocin, or any other controlled substance.

Jessica Larsen is NOT a licensed natural medicine facilitator under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act (Proposition 122) and does not operate within a licensed healing center.

Integration coaching is offered independently of any substance use and is designed to support personal reflection and life integration - not to guide, direct, or supervise the use of natural medicines.

Participants are solely responsible for their own choices regarding personal substance use. Nothing in our services constitutes encouragement or endorsement of any illegal activity.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer three monthly subscription tiers:

Level 1 — $49.00/month
Level 2 — $99.00/month
Level 3 — $199.00/month

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each calendar month via Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize Be On Purpose LLC to charge your payment method on the 1st of each month until you cancel.

A one-time Initial Integration Coaching Session ($99.00) is required before enrolling in any subscription plan.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal at beonpurposejourneys.com or by emailing info@beonpurposejourneys.com.

Cancellations must be received before the 25th of the month to take effect the following month. Cancellations received on or after the 25th result in one final billing on the 1st of the following month.

There are no refunds for the current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription Payments: Non-refundable once processed.

One-Time Sessions: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

Retreats: Refund terms are outlined in the individual retreat registration agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, course materials, guided prompts, and integration coaching — is the exclusive property of Be On Purpose LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

Use services for any unlawful purpose
Share your subscription access or account with others
Misrepresent your identity or credentials
Record sessions without express written consent
Harass or threaten other participants in group settings

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE ON PURPOSE LLC AND JESSICA LARSEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be On Purpose LLC, Jessica Larsen, and their respective agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Douglas County, Colorado.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
