Reconnect With Your Body, Not Just Your Mind
Somatic work is the practice of turning inward and listening to your body.
At Be On Purpose Journeys, somatic healing is a gentle, body-based approach that supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of self-awareness.
Instead of trying to think your way through what you’re feeling, this work invites you to experience and understand it through your body.

What Is Somatic Healing?
Your body holds more than just physical tension - it holds patterns, emotions, and past experiences.
Somatic healing helps you notice where stress and emotions live in your body, build awareness of your internal responses, create a sense of safety and connection within yourself, while gently releasing stored tension and emotional patterns
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to listen to your body.

How Somatic Work Supports You
When you begin to reconnect with your body, things start to shift in a more natural and sustainable way.
Somatic work can support you in reducing stress and overwhelm, regulating your nervous system, feeling more grounded and present, building trust in yourself and your intuition, and moving through emotions with more ease and clarity
This healing practice meets you exactly where you are, without pressure or expectation.
What a Somatic Experience May Feel Like
Each somatic experience at Be On Purpose Journeys is guided with care and intention, creating a space where you can slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and grounded way. Sessions may include breathwork to support nervous system regulation and deepen awareness, gentle movement to help release stored tension and restore connection, and guided awareness practices that invite you to notice sensations, emotions, and patterns without judgment. There is also intentional space for reflection and integration, allowing what arises to be processed at your own pace.
No two experiences are the same, because no two bodies or processes are the same. This work meets you where you are, honoring your rhythm and allowing your experience to unfold in a way that feels safe, natural, and supportive.
