A Time to Exhale

You give a lot. And you do it well.

But when was the last time you gave that same care to yourself?

This retreat is not an escape from your life, but a return to yourself within it.

the invitation

Not an escape from your life. A return to yourself within it.

This is a grounded and intimate retreat experience designed to help you soften your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and remember who you are beneath the expectations, the responsibility, and the constant doing.

Nestled in the mountains of Monument, Colorado, held in a small, intentional circle of women. You are not moving through this alone.

This is not about fixing anything. It's about remembering what was always there.

Retreat Overview

This retreat is for women who feel called to go deeper — into themselves, their bodies, and their inner wisdom — with the intentional support of plant medicine.

Over four days, you will slow down, be held in community, and move through experiences designed to create the stillness where clarity lives. Everything, the practices, the nourishment, the space, is chosen with care so that you can simply be present.

This is immersive, intimate, and unlike anything you will rush through.

A REFLECTION

You don't have to be everything to everyone.
You're allowed to just be.

Meet Your Facilitator

Jessica Larsen, Founder of Be On Purpose Journeys

Jess is the founder of Be On Purpose Journeys and a plant medicine retreat facilitator.

With a background in social work and leadership, she brings a grounded, trauma-informed approach to this work. As a certified somatic practitioner, Jess guides women into deeper awareness of their patterns, their nervous system, and the ways they’ve learned to hold it all together.

Her work with plant medicine is intentional and integration-focused. It is not about the experience alone, but about what it reveals and how it's carried forward.

She does not position herself as someone who fixes or heals others,
but as someone who creates the conditions for your own truth to surface and for the woman underneath it all to come forward.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This space is for the woman who:

  • Shows up for everyone and is ready to show up for herself

  • Feels the quiet weight of always being the strong one

  • Knows something needs to shift but can't quite name it

  • Craves stillness but doesn't know how to give herself permission for it

  • Is curious about or ready to deepen her relationship with plant medicine

  • Wants to feel more like herself again - not a role, not a title, just her

You are not here because something is wrong with you. You are here because something in you is ready to be heard.

Lush Green Foliage

the deeper reason this matters

We spend so much of our lives in motion, responding, managing, holding, caring. And while that is not wrong, it can quietly pull us away from the one relationship that makes all the others sustainable: the one with ourselves.

Somewhere in the middle of all of it, we forget that we actually get to choose. What we want. How we want to feel. Who we want to be. Not the version shaped by expectation or obligation, but the one that has always been there, waiting for a little stillness and permission.

That is what this retreat is about. Not fixing. Not optimizing. Just returning to yourself long enough to remember that you have always had the authority to do what you want with this one life.

"You are your own story." — Toni Morrison

THE VENUE

This is not just a beautiful space. It is the kind of space that makes you feel, the moment you walk in, that someone thought of everything.

Tucked in Monument, Colorado, surrounded by open land and mountain views, this private home has been chosen with intention. Your own room. Nourishing meals. Shared spaces that invite you to gather, and quiet corners that invite you to simply be.

The environment is not a backdrop. It is part of the experience. Monument sits at the foot of the Rockies, close enough to reach with ease and far enough to finally exhale.

You will be beyond cared for here. That is a promise.

Weekend Overview

THURSDAY, AUGUST 20 | Arrive + Open

Settle in, meet the women you'll share this space with, and let yourself exhale. The evening opens with a community dinner, an intention-setting circle, your first retreat ceremony, and a sound bath to close the night with care.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 21 | intention + release

We drop out of the mind and into the body. Through somatic work, breathwork, and intention setting, this day is about identifying what's ready to be released and creating the inner conditions to do so.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 22 | INTEGRATion + self care

A full day of softness. We gather to share what surfaced, then move through creative expression, restorative movement, and deep self-care. This day is meant to be felt, not planned.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23 | RETURN + perspective

Before you leave, we tend to the bridge between this experience and your everyday life. How do you return to a familiar situation with new eyes? This day is about anchoring that and honoring the time we shared together.

TESTIMONIALS FROM REAL PARTICIPANTS

What Women Are Saying

Forest Pathway View

ashlesha, RETREAT PARTICIPANT

"This retreat gave me what I didn’t even know I needed. One of the biggest takeaways was a reminder that rest is part of the work. Pain is a teacher, not a punishment, and the answer isn’t to fix it all at once but to keep showing up. Most importantly, I learned that receiving is just as important as giving. I am worthy of rest, worthy of being still, and only when I’m replenished can I truly offer anything of value to others."

The more clearly you can see yourself, the more steadily you can move through anything. This is where that begins.

If you are feeling the pull, trust it. That pull is your answer. Schedule a discovery call and let's begin.
